Guide on Uploading Images

Supported Format: JPEG or PNG *
Resolutions: 200 dpi or above **
File Size: Maximum 24 MB ***
Printing Area Dimension: 30 cm X 35 cm (Width X Height)

* If your uploaded image contains white content (e.g. background color for JPEG format), the white color will NOT be printed and will be treated as transparent.

** Our system will assume you are using 200 dpi and depends this resolution to calculate the size of your image uploaded. If your uploaded images are using other dpi, we will make it to 200 dpi during the printing process. And it will affect the quality of the actual products. So we recommend that you create your image to 200 dpi or above.
** If you are uploading a camera photo, it is highly recommended that the resolution should over 5 megapixel to ensure the printing quality.

*** Your file size will affect the upload time, larger file will slower the process of the upload. So be patient during the upload process.
