Sharing on SacTag

It is the age of interaction! SacTag knows that everyone has great ideas, our goal is to transform your concept into a real physical product and share it with the world, and of course, with incentive!

You don't want someone to steal your design (we call it "artwork"), nor earning from something that doesn't belong to you. It is important for all users (will be known as "user" in the following) to understand the copyright regulation SacTag has.

Copyrights

SacTag understands that the copyrights subsisting in the artwork(s) of users shall be protected. SacTag does not claim any ownership right in the artworks that you post on or through the SacTag services. To publish an artwork, the user has granted SacTag the right to use this artwork on the making of any products available in SacTag, without the need of notifying the user. Besides, SacTag will NOT distribute the original file of each artwork to any third party without getting the permission from the user.

For each artwork, users can choose to "Public" or "Private" it. To "Public" an artwork means that any other users on SacTag will be able to purchase product with this specific artwork on it. A "Private" artwork will only be able to access by the owner of the artwork, i.e. the user who published the artwork. Users can edit the privacy setting for each artwork anytime by simply logging on to SacTag.

After all, you can ensure that the copyrights of your uploaded artworks are fully protected by SacTag.

Rules On Sharing an Artwork

We appreciated original artworks, but not all concepts and ideas are approved by the laws and social standards. Artworks that include the following contents shall not be uploaded to SacTag:

1. Artwork that does not own by the user or any artwork that is considered violating the Intellectual Property right.
2. Artwork that includes sexually explicit content.
3. Artwork that may be offensive to any person or entity.
4. Artwork that is illegal or promote any illegal activities.
5. Artwork that harms or threatens the safety of any person or entity.

Any artwork found breaching of the above rules will be removed and SacTag reserves the right to close the account of the user PERMANENTLY. All the records in the account will no long be accessible by the user and will not be transferable to any other accounts.

Reporting an Artwork that is Found "Suspicious"

Although we try to keep SacTag being monitored at all time, we still cannot ensure no user is breaking the rules! To make SacTag perfect, every user has the responsibility to report any artwork that may be suspicious to violating the rules. To report an artwork, press the "Report Abuse" button on the bottom of the artwork selection panel and select the according violations. Click "OK" to send the report directly to us and we will follow up ASAP!
